With over 10 years of experience as a fitness instructor and Women’s Coaching Specialist, she is a natural encourager and actively empowers those around her. Laura finds joy in many things in life, the greatest being a wife and mother. Laura guides her clients towards embracing their unique story and helps them move towards a greater sense of well-being in their life.
