A true entrepreneur passionate about business, leadership, and people. Josh serves as Chief Operations Officer of Lighthouse Institute, he is a USMC Veteran with a B.S. in Organizational Management, a Certified Practitioner of the MBTI Instruments, and an Integrative Wellness & Life Coach.  

Josh will tell you that his most important roles in life are being a husband and a father to his three daughters. With an intention to “close the gap” between where we are today and our full potential, modeling integrity and humility through service above self are top priorities.
